IDP rely configuration - Adobe suggests a modification of default behaviour - any hints?

Sure, with so many things wrong (and not all of them being possibly
wrong at the same time) it's hard to chose unless you can empirically
test this.

Thanks also for the other post, I had originally included some
speculation on whether Okta would support it (as per their docs) but
it may be up to their customers (here Adobe Inc.) to make proper use
of it but for now all I cared about was whether xmlenc was known to be
working.  I'll assume it's not -- also in line with

-- but will ask the institution try this again.
