IDP rely configuration - Adobe suggests a modification of default behaviour - any hints?

I'm sure I tried it, but that doesn't mean that trying it again wouldn't give you a different outcome. Okta is just a platform, and while it supports encryption, that doesn't mean vendors using it do.
