The only answer is going to be somebody just doing it and documenting that, but I don't know when I'll get to that if you want to make it a formal ask, so having a support ticket filed would be better. If JIRA's totally unusable, I'll just track it myself, but if you can read the result of a support ticket and it's just creating them that's a hassle, I can just create it with you as reporter.
