SP 3.0.4 IIS module and handlerURL processing

Scott,

SP 3.0.4.1 for Windows works like expected. No issues with the handlerURL in an application override. Thanks for the awesome turn-around time on this issue! Now I have a better story for my UW customers that are prepping for a significant go-live.
