Single logout problem

Yes, the response was unsigned
as in my idp.properties file 
idp.logout.authenticated = false

but if I make it true i.e idp.logout.authenticated = true
then the below error is coming in the log
 WARN [net.shibboleth.idp.profile.impl.WebFlowMessageHandlerAdaptor:182] -
Profile Action WebFlowMessageHandlerAdaptor: Exception handling message 
 org.opensaml.messaging.handler.MessageHandlerException: Message context was
not authenticated

So, can you please tell me why this is happening and I need to do to solve
this issue



and one more query regarding SAML assertion:
SAML response that both the SPs are receiving from the IDP
in both the SMAL responses in <saml:AuthnStatement> attribute  the
SessionIndex is different
Is it right or for both of them the sessionIndex should be the same?
