IIS: SP V3 handlerUrl="/myapppath/Schibboleth.sso" leads to 404

From my reading of the docs - there is a connection between the <ApplicationOverride> handlerURL must be located with in the <RequestMap>’s <Path>

So I would guess at something to do with that, but couldn’t guess more without seeing more of the config.
