In that case, from the code

	/opt/shibboleth-idp/conf/relying-party.xml doesn't exist  
Or	
	/opt/shibboleth-idp/conf/idp.properties doesn't exist

(there are some other edge conditions but they are to do with script driven installs and they just make it less likely that the host name will be asked for)

Now, you don't actually need to have these files to run a successful IdP - you can force them to be other names;  but running like that is not really something I'd like to consider supported for non-consortium members.

Create them (even if empty) and move on.  And if they do exist then you will need to debug the ant install script (build.xml) - start by reading idp_ant.log
