Failed Windows 3.4.3.0 upgrade

That's not possible unless somebody put them there. Our packages don't do that and it would be fatal to do it, it would cause exactly what happened.

It doesn't have to be empty, it has to be only what you explicitly put there to add to the standard jars. None of ours can ever be there, and we don't put them there.
