Modifying idp conf files in testbed

Hi,All.

I built the testbed project by referring to the following URL.

https://wiki.shibboleth.net/confluence/display/IDP30/Testing

It seems to work fine, but modifying conf files, such as relying-party.xml,
in idp-conf project give no affect to the behavior of Shibboleth, even if
cleaning idp-conf project and restarting jetty.

For example, even when getting relying-party.xml empty, Shibboleth works
fine.

I’d like to let me know the way to change the behavior of Shibboleth by
modifying idp conf files in testbed project.
