Error after idp 3.4.3 upgrade from 3.4.1

The release notes have been updated (under 3.4.2 where the bug was introduced) and the CAS documentation page that covers this is also fixed to include the right syntax. The cas-protocol.xml file we ship in 3.4.2+ has the right example also.

The bug should still be filed so that a possible fix can be added to accommodate the old syntax.
