A problem with Shibboleth 3.4.x packages

Thanks Scott,

I've already use them with the previous version of Shibboleth Identity
Provider package (v3.3.3) without install an IdP.

What you say is that from v3.4.0 I can't use anymore the script
"seckeygen.sh" without installing an IdP before?

Why it is not allowed anymore?

I use that script to generate shibboleth "credentials" for our IdPs.
