Configuring the SP for sites with multiple IIS bindings

Most likely the CMS hardcoding its behavior in someway I would imagine, or something else in the middle causing the Host header the IIS server sees to be the other name, but it's also possible the new IIS 7 module has some unexpected behavior that's different from the old filter that hadn't been caught or reported yet. I do know the old filter definitely just honors whatever is given to it as long as the name is a valid alias.
