Thank you so much for your constructive reply.

Now I did these following steps:

1. I have uploaded my idp-metadata.xml from {idp.home}/metadata directory to
samltest.id
2. In the dowload metadata step Created a new file SAMLtest.xml in
{idp.home}/metadata directory like below 


3. entered my entityId and press go.

This is the error I am getting in the browser 

Web Login Service - Unsupported Request
The application you have accessed is not registered for use with this
service.
