Shibboleth IdP Web Login Service - Unsupported Request

Thank you for the wonderful reply. Now I have followed these steps:

1. Uploaded my idp-metadata from %{idp.home}/metadata folders to SAMLtest
2. For Download Metadata I made a file SAMLtest.xml in the
%{idp.home}/metadata folder like below






Then I have entered my idp entityId  


Then it redirected me which shows 

Web Login Service - Unsupported Request
The application you have accessed is not registered for use with this
service. 


and this is the error in the logs:
