How to overwrite the AssertionConsumerURL in SAML2 request

Thanks for forwarding this documentation to me.
I just realized because I tried changing the site node and requestmap node
shibboleth2.xm with the different server names: internal and external.
Only the internal was working...
So that made we think the IIS must bind it wrong. So I discovered a small
text field call server name in IIS Manager for the bindings - and if I added
"external" in that it worked!
Embarassing! 
I have read the Shibboleth SP documentation a million times - but I looked
at IIS bindings only one time...
