Unable to locate metadata error

Jeff,

It's likely that there's some corrupt metadata that someone prior to you
uploaded to TestShib.

I hadn't planned on sending out any announcement yet, but I'll ask you to
consider a fresh SAML testing service that I've been building at:

https://samltest.id

You should definitely consider it beta right now, but it ought to be fully
functional.  It's running Shibboleth 3.x for both the IdP and the SP and
has a host of new features like logout.  I'll gladly do everything I can to
guide you to a successful test with SAMLtest if you find any challenges.
