Unable to locate metadata error

All,

I have uploaded my metadata file for my IDP (idpdev.auth.uni.edu-metadata).
I have got the  success page, and can see:

entityID="https://idpdev.auth.uni.edu/idp/shibboleth">

When I plug https://idpdev.auth.uni.edu/idp/shibboleth into
https://sp.testshib.org/, I get the error:

Identity provider lookup failed at (
https://sp.testshib.org/Shibboleth.sso/TestShib)
EntityID: https://idpdev.auth.uni.edu/idp/shibboleth

The website suggests mailing this list when this occurs. Could someone
please validate that I did not make some obvious mistake so far?
