IIS installation problems

That would surprise me.  But a cut down version of IIS not exporting everything wouldn't.

To reduce the footprint or what needs testing - does the isapi plugin load?  This might prove difficult since you will need to
configure a whole bunch of stuff in IIS.

Also , just to save me time - is there a recipe somewhere to get IIS installed in Win10?
