Auto deployment failure on CentOS 7 tomcat with unpackWAR="false" in 3.4.0 update

At least I don't have that anywhere in my context deployment fragments
and removed it from my own documenation, probably from following the
section "Slow startup" in the Tomcat deployment notes:

(Note that from the bug report linked in that section the slow startup
does not seem to concern Tomcat 7, which is what you are using.)
