ACK and that's not a good position to be in, neither for the Shib
project not for I2.

The current sitation just seems to generate frustration for potential
users (first when TestShib doesn't work as expected, then when noone
here can help them) and for the community here that's unable to help
them (other than by saying use your own install or the new one Nate et
al. created).
