Fresh Installed Shibboleth IdP 3 Is Not Able to Run Successfully

Thanks for the suggestion. The jetty-base\tmp folder has been created
automatically once I have fresh installed the IdP 3, so it was not the case
apparently.

Thanks for pointing out. I rechecked the jetty log inside \jetty-base\logs,
and found out port 8080 has been used by the server. Managed to resolve this
issue by change that port in Jetty.
