Fresh Installed Shibboleth IdP 3 Is Not Able to Run Successfully

I remember having to manually create the jetty-base\tmp folder on a fresh install of IdP 3, but this was over a year ago and I believe that particular bug has been resolved by now. Might be worth checking, though.

There are two other log locations:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Shibboleth\IdP\logs

Is the most likely place to go for interesting stuff.  This is the place to start

C:\Program Files (x86)\Shibboleth\IdP\jetty-base\logs

Might be interesting if jetty is failing to start and you are plugging in extra stuff.
