JFYI, there's no way to delete something that was sent to a mailing
list, as that distributes individual copies of your message to all
subscribers.

So in these cases all you can do is reply to your own email and state
that the problem has been resolved (ideally also naming the solution),
so that others don't have to spend their time trying to understand
your problem and trying to come up with solutions for it.
