Reverse of IdP Discovery Service

You could use the DiscoFeed from the SP to enumerate all the IdP’s that are recognized, but I’m not aware of any facility to do the mapping in the IdP.

I would love to see a feature implemented along with a default “portal” page that hosts IdP-initiated login links for the most visited services, but I don’t have a vote yet.

Is there a reverse of the IdP discovery Service -- https://www.shibboleth.net/products/embedded-discovery-service/?
I.e. one which can display all services accessible by our IdP?
It's been confusing users on which services they can access with their University central credentials  -- so having dynamically listed will be great.
