Different expiration times for terms-of-use storage records

Records created by the terms-of-use intercept are stored in our backend
storage in the table StorageRecords. These records have their "expires"
field set to one year. According to the documentation this expires
duration can be changed by setting idp.consent.storageRecordLifetime to
a different value.

Can the expiration of different relying party's terms-of-use records be
set to different values? For example, is it possible to have
terms-of-use records for relying party A have their expiration set to
one year, while the terms-of-use records for relying party B have their
expiration set to three years?

Or must all terms-of-use records get their expires field set to the same
value (idp.consent.storageRecordLifetime)?

Thanks, Adam Lewenberg
