DisplayName in Attribute Consent

2 questions....we can't quite pin these down..

A1) ll the attributes have the DisplayName appearing on the attribute
consent page (idp3.3.3) --- however the following is listing as 'mail' --
not the expected 'Email Address' -- anything missed below, that we are not
seeing?

2) Is there  thepossibility of a 3rd column showing the
'DisplayDescription'?
