IDP 3.4.2 attribute-resolver.xml SourceAttribute deprecation log warning

Forget what I just wrote: After restarting the IDP -- not just
reloading the attribute-resolver.xml, which is what I did before to
test -- I now get the same deprecation warning even with no
SourceAttribute XML-element in the config anywhere.

I.e., that warning is there (since 3.4.2, as you write) with or
without the SourceAttribute elements in the attribute definition, I
must have missed it earlier but see it now in yesterdays logs.

This just to say that I think you're right on all accounts (even
including about the documentation probably being out of date: it seems
to work just fine without SourceAttribute elements) and I was wrong on
all accounts.
