Shibboleth wiki offline Wed evening for upgrade

The upgrade is done and the index rebuilt. There were some known XSS/etc. security bugs I needed to fix with the upgrade so I didn't do as much testing as I might have. Just report any glitches in the usual ways as they're discovered.

All the mobile features in the newer versions are incompatible with their clearly "not really supported anymore" SSO APIs, so I just turned them all off.

JIRA will probably be upgraded next week.
