Problem with TestShib?

Hello,

I'm new to this list so apologies if I miss something. I will try to be
concise.

I have tried to set up a SP to communicate with testshib but it doesn't
seem to accept my Metadata whatever I try. I have tried with different
entityID's and from different setups (different versions of OS and
Shibboleth versions) I get this error message all the time:

The idp-errorlog gives me:

Since I'm new to Shibboleth I assume that I have missed something and
made an error in some config, but I've been pulling my hair for the
last 8 hours and thought I'd ask if it's possible that there might be
some problem with the TestShib?
