shi2_module can't locate API module structure

Hello,

Has anyone else had this?

Ubuntu 16.04.2 LTS

/etc/apache2/mods-enabled/shib2.load: Can't locate API module structure
`shib2_module'

ii  apache2                            2.4.18-2ubuntu3.4
amd64        Apache HTTP Server
ii  libapache2-mod-shib2               2.5.3+dfsg-2.1build1
 amd64        Federated web single sign-on system (Apache module)


Or should I enable this another way, not using a2enmod shib2?
