Attribute Consent Page -- Trigger on User Attributes

We have the attribute consent page running --- all fine and dandy.

We had a new request where this particular application --- where the
attribute consent page will only be displayed based on a status of the user
authenticating (say eduPersonEntitlement=foobar) -- for all others without
'eduPersonEntitlement=foobar', the consent page will not show.
