Wordpress SP plugins for integrating with Shibboleth IdP?

It's been years since I did a Shib SP + Wordpress integration but it
was nothing worth mentioning, plugin existed and worked fine. Simple
as can be. I guess that's why there have been next to no questions
about this in recent years (and Wordpress is among the most used open
source CMSs).

Generally speaking: Most of the SAML "plugins" one can find for
Wordpress, Drupal, etc.pp. not meant fo integration with Shib (or
maybe SimpleSAMLphp) are not standalone, locally hosted/controlled,
integrations, but merely shims into someone else's non-free "cloud"
service. AFAIR that also goes for all the "miniorange" offerings.
  So those are not at all comparable to the existing self-hosted,
free/libre/open source plugins you'd use with your self-hosted,
free/libre/open source CMS and free/libre/open source self-hosted SAML
implementation such as Shibboleth.
