mfa flow w/ ECP

I'm trying to migrate our installation away from individual flows mentioned
in idp.authn.flows to the MFA flow.

We are currently using the RemoteUserInternal flow w/ a couple of modified
versions of the RemoteUser flow:

    idp.authn.flows = remoteuserplus|remoteusertoken|RemoteUserInternal

I'm trying to figure out what I'd use in the conditional code to fall
through to RemoteUserInternal.  Something related to nonBrowserSupported?
