"Confluence account" meaning the user in our wiki you want us to give control over your member page for authorizing use of our new stuff.

When you say “user in our wiki”, then it clicks with me.  The fact that it translates to a Confluence account in the Shibboleth system was lost on me for a bit, because it isn’t obvious(at least not to me).  I have contributed to the wiki before so I think I know what I need to pass along to Justin, now, thanks.  I didn’t really mean to go around him, but when I asked him for clarity he just repeated that an existing Confluence account is ideal.
