sp.testshib.org can't locate metadata

MD processing looks ok to me. 
Off line me if you need to Chris. 

Please note for list sake.. 
If you make a request of testshib please include your entityID. 
This helps us at least know the color of the needle in the haystack that we are looking for.  :-)
