error on logout in Shibboleth IdP 3.3.1

I stand corrected!

After doing a clean install with the patch provided by Daniel Lutz for 
system/flows/logout/logout-propagation-flow.xml the warnings have 
disappeared altogether.

If I do clean install without that said patch the logout warning persists:

WARN 
[net.shibboleth.idp.profile.config.AbstractProfileConfiguration:283] - 
ProfileConfiguration http://shibboleth.net/ns/profiles/saml2/logout: No 
ProfileRequestContext in request

Btw, the system/conf/relying-party-system.xml and the respective file 
under dist/ differ significantly. For starters one is 3.1KB while the 
other one is 16KB. This is in the tarball provided here: 
http://shibboleth.net/downloads/identity-provider/latest/shibboleth-identity-provider-3.3.1.tar.gz
