error on logout in Shibboleth IdP 3.3.1

I don't think it's really the same issue at all. The only cause I'm aware of is what I already pointed to, it's a bug in 3.3.0. I don't know of any way to get it now.

You should compare system/conf/relying-party-system.xml to the same file in dist/ and see what you get. If they don't match, you have a problem.
