Shibboleth SP and Azure AD IdP

Parameters in authentication requests are our major sticking point here.  It basically ignores RequestedAuthnContext.  Other than that and the mappings, nothing major, so it's easier than some other outsourced IdP's.


I haven't had to understand this integration in depth yet, but I expect I will need to very soon.
