What is the relationship between [idp-home]/flows/authn/ and [idp-home]/system/flows/authn/ ?

In the new out-of-the-box Duo for IdP 3.3.1, what places contain the Duo pieces that need to be edited?

[idp-home]/conf/authn/duo.properties must be given the real values for:
              idp.duo.apiHost
              idp.duo.applicationKey
              idp.duo.integrationKey
              idp.duo.secretKey

[idp-home]/conf/idp.properties needs to have idp.additionalProperties contain:
                             /conf/authn/duo.properties

[idp-home]/conf/authn/general-authn.xml needs some appropriate values placed into the "authn/Duo" bean, and probably some changes made to the "authn/MFA" bean.

Is there anything else that needs to be modified to achieve minimal working functionality?
