Slides from yesterday's webinar

The slides presented yesterday at the two webinars about the consortium's state are posted now at [1]. I'll add a news item to the wiki as well.

I heard at least a couple of requests for our 2017 plan, and since I don't think we're going to get enough closure very quickly on any change to the consortium's finances, I will get something together to outline what we're expecting to be doing, most of which are minor features and housekeeping and prepping for an eventual IdP 4.0.
