I would think so, but I don't know the layout of the new version all that well (the space admin pieces are rather different) and it was simpler to just reload the database from last night for a quick fix. It's also possible to delete pages from the trash if you have delete access and the quick impression I had is that they were gone gone. I don't think this was an accident, in other words.

It's back now and Delete Pages rights are revoked across all the spaces.

I'll do further investigating now.
