Andrea: At UCSD we have a working POC that uses login form buttons and AuthenticationContext.signaledFlowId to select authentication subflows. Email me off-list and I can send the crude documentation that we have.

Create a button to send _eventId_MyEvent as the form value and configure a transition rule to do something based on it.

There probably isn't any. These kinds of things are beyond my capacity to document at present. Some of it is just reading how Spring WebFlow works, and some is probably reading source code.
