Weblogic 11g SP integration with shibboleth/SAML IDP

All,

Got help from oracle support - this has been fixed now -- Had to update IDP
metadata to remove below line and then re-create partner application on
weblogic side

diff metadata.xml /tmp/metadata.xml
52a53,54
