[EXT] RE: UltipPro integration with Shibboleth as the Identity Provider and AD FS 2.0 as the Relying Party

I see.. We seem to be sending them a standard response with all of the
header info they are requesting. UltiPro continues to say that the issue
must be on our side when we get this error after authentication by our
Shibboleth IDP.

This led me to believe that we needed to do something special on the
Shibboleth IDP to allow federation between ADFS and Shibboleth.
