Updating from Jetty 9.3.6 to current 9.3.15?

I’m installing IdPv3 (specifically 3.3.0) for the first time at the moment - I have been installing with Jetty 9.4 without issues as I figured it is eventually going to be officially supported - so I might as well start with it

But sorry - I haven’t come across the issue you describe
