Updating from Jetty 9.3.6 to current 9.3.15?

I'm past that, I think 9.3.12 or so, not in front of me, but no problems updating here.

9.2 is the one that was headed to EOL at some point soon so we moved to get things up to 9.3 and are still working on getting all the test infrastructure moved up. 9.4 is mostly untested (by me) at this point but it should be the "best" current version.
