Apache 2.4.6, shibd 2.6.0, Shibboleth.sso/status always returns 404

I've not set up any request map configs.  It's essentially stock
configuration plus ssl and shib with a protected url and a proxy to a Java
application.

In double-checking things,
https://wiki.shibboleth.net/confluence/display/SHIB2/NativeSPLinuxRPMInstall
calls out to set these values.  Is that wrong?

You shouldn't need that unless you're using the RequestMap and since you
shouldn't use that...
