Problem starting SP

I am seeing the same error but arriving at it a little differently.

Syntax error on line 13 of /etc/httpd/conf.d/shib.conf: Cannot load
/usr/lib64/shibboleth/mod_shib_22.so into server:
/usr/lib64/shibboleth/mod_shib_22.so: undefined symbol: ap_log_error

We are running Apache 2.4 on Redhat 7.  The Shib installation instruction
say that the CentOS 7 repo must be used on Redhat 7 systems.  So after the
Shib installation using the command below, Apache threw the above error.

yum --disablerepo="*" --enablerepo="security_shibboleth" install
shibboleth.x86_64

Any ideas on how to resolve this?

I did see your comments Scott, but wasn't sure if they applied here as the
yum installation seemed straightforward after checking that the CentOS 7
repo was correct, so I don't "think" that I'm installing the wrong binaries.
