Mixing Apache / SP compiler versions on Windows

So, a little bit, surprisingly, it's turning out that the current build of the SP on Windows does appear to work on the newer Apache builds at Apache Lounge. Rod's done some testing and I have a real world application at OSU that's running that mix in development now to kick the tires.

If this result holds, I'll relax the support requirement on that, and we'll probably be sticking with VC10 until we make the move to a 3.0 release.
