Please help reduce SAML 1 usage in the UK federation (was: SAML1.1 attribute release on Shib 3)

Re: my dead email address. Some UK federation staff transferred from the University of Edinburgh to Jisc last year. It looks like my Edinburgh address is now bouncing rather than replying with an "Out of office" message. If you do have my old address, please delete that and note my new one is alex.stuart at jisc.ac.uk
